This page provides information about the sub-processors used by Avail in processing customer data and information. Pursuant to our instructions, these sub-processors process and store personal information in order to perform their duties to us. Any capitalised terms have the same meaning that is given to them in our Terms & Conditions with our clients.

In the usual way, each sub-processor and nominal processor (predominantly our nominal ones) may have their own sub-processors. Our sub-processors and nominal processors are required to put in place data protection clauses that are consistent with those within the agreements with us and that comply with UK GDPR.
