Once you have either uploaded or purchased your title sheets through our Registers of Scotland ScotLIS integration, simply click 'next' to be taken to our schedules page. This is where you can supercharge your reports! 🚀
To obtain information on any pending applications against the titles in your project, simply click on 'Pending Application Record' to add to your reports. You'll find this information within the Title Data Report section of the Detailed Report in the Pending Applications row and within the Pending Applications tab in the Portfolio Report 📑
Each Pending Application Record costs £3.00 plus VAT- the same amount as you would pay if you obtain these directly from ScotLIS.
What if there are no pending applications?
If there is no pending application record against the titles in your project, you will not see any Pending Application Record information in your reports and you will not be charged.
