You can now search for title sheets via Avail Title! On the home screen, you will now see an option to search for title sheets via Registers of Scotland (ROS). Your screen will look a little something like this 👀
You'll need to click on the Search ScotLIS button (shown circled in orange)
Simply copy and paste or type the title numbers you need. This can be one title number, two, or even tens at a time!
To separate each title number, use commas between each title or simply put a space in between, like so:
AB1234 AC1234 AD1234
Then, you can click on 'results ⬇️' to download the search results displayed on your screen to your computer, into an Excel spreadsheet including the address details, the right type and the description of the right. This can be handy for when you need to double check with your team or your client before buying any title sheets 💡
To go ahead with the purchase, simply select 'add' to add your titles (or 'add all') and click 'purchase'. You'll then be prompted to enter your Project Matter/Client Details-this is to ensure any disbursements incurred are allocated by your finance team to the correct file! Each title sheet with cost the usual £3.00 plus VAT, the same amount as if you were purchasing from ScotLIS directly.
When you purchase your title sheets, we will also automatically purchase the corresponding title plans for you at no extra cost (the same as when obtaining directly through ScotLIS). The plans will appear as a schedule in the Detailed Report (see below!) ⬇️
